Obituary for Jessie Mae Klinck

Jessie M. Johnston Klinck, 81, of Fleming, OH, passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at her residence. She was born on June 2, 1937 in Harrison Co., OH to the late Joseph A. Johnston who died in 1950 and Beatrice (Cecil) Johnston Baker who died in 1988.
She was a 1955 graduate of Conotton Valley High School. She worked as a secretary in Columbus, OH before co-owning and working for Washington County Chrysler Plymouth in Marietta, and then Warren Water in Fleming for 23 years. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, and loved cats and feeding the wildlife who visited her country home.
Her husband, J. Kenneth Klinck died in 2001. She is survived by a step daughter, Brenda (William) Hoy of Lancaster, OH; her step son, Robert died in 2016. She is also survived by three sisters, Darlene Lucas of Salvisa, KY; Janet Bente of Scio, OH; and Patsy Fucello of Bowerston, OH; a brother, Harry S. (Shelley) Johnston of Canton, OH; a number of nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews; step brother, Bert Baker of Tuscarawas, OH; sister- in-law, Jane (Al) Huth of Lancaster, OH, brother-in-law Joe Klinck of Chicago, IL and five step grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her step father, Roy C. Baker; sister, Betty Marie who died at age 2; a brother Ray Johnston and an infant brother, Robert Cecil; brothers-in-law, John Lucas, Delvert Bente, and Joseph Fucello.
Funeral services will be held at 12 PM on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Hadley Funeral Home Reno Chapel, 1021 Pike St., Marietta. Visitation will be held from 10 am until the time of service on Thursday. Private burial will be in the Beaver Valley Cemetery in Monroe Township, Harrison County, OH.
