So sorry to hear of the loss of Floyd. We did not maintain contact with family when we moved, which saddens me. I truly hope you will always remember the good times you had with him, family and friends alike.

To everyone thanks for your thoughts and prayers. My dad could be hard to get along with at times ,but he had a heart that was huge. He gave me alot and taught me alot in life. I know there are hundreds if not thousands of times he helped people out and gave them whatever they needed. He thought of others first and he showed that. He belived in God and accpeted jesus christ in his heart. Make sure you always tell the people that you are close to that you love them and that God does too and Jesus (God's son) will be back one day. So keep your eyes on the Lord and in the word.Love You Dad!

Mark,Janie,Sam,& Slonaker family. You have my deepest sympathy, and I am very sorry for your loss. I had the chance to meet Floyd when Mark worked on my truck. He pointed out a problem he noticed that would make driving my truck very dangerous. He said right away that it had to be fixed weather I could pay for it or not, he would not see me drive it as it was. I was able to pay for it myself, but I was amazed that just meeting me, he was so caring and concerned about my well being. In my eyes, and I'm sure many others too, Floyd was a very kind hearted man. Treasure your memories, and good times that you shared. Always remember to hold those dear to your heart because no one can ever take those away. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

To the Slonaker Family.
As a family we wanted to offer our deepest sympathy and condolences. We understand how it feels to lose a loved one. We know that Floyd will be missed by all the people who knew him and especially by his closest family members. My mom and dad wanted to express how much they will miss him. They really enjoyed the time they were able to spend with him on their last trip to Ohio. They wanted you to know that they will always treasure that time and the memories they have of Floyd. May his soul rest in peace and the memories you have of him bring you joy and comfort at this difficult time. ~ From John Murdock Sr., Charlotte Murdock, John Murdock Jr., Dianna Castillo, and Sharla Greene.
